Welcome to TRASHKID. By accessing our website or placing an order through our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

General

TRASHKID is a brand operating from Belgium.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or change prices at any time

  • Modify or discontinue products without prior notice

  • Limit quantities per order

  • Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production times are stated on the product page (typically 2–3 weeks)

  • Delays may occur due to production, supply, or logistical factors

  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless the product is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable consumer law

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Shopify Payments

  • Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay

  • PayPal

All payments must be completed before orders are processed or shipped.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment systems may be disputed and reported to the relevant payment providers.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate and up to date.
However, minor variations in color, materials, or finish may occur due to production methods or screen differences.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website or our Services to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our designs, branding, images, or content without written permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRASHKID is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party services

  • Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Damage or injury resulting from misuse or improper use of products

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
