At Trashkid, we aim to deliver high-quality fingerboards and apparel.
Because many of our items are limited drops or pre-orders, returns are subject to the conditions below.
Returns
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused

The item is in its original condition

The item is returned in its original packaging

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used or opened fingerboards

Wheels, trucks, or grip tape once installed or used

Discounted or sale items

Limited drops

Gift cards

Pre-order items (unless defective)
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo proof.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
