Shipping Policy – TRASHKID

TRASHKID ships products from Belgium to customers across Europe.
All orders are processed and shipped from Destelbergen (Belgium).


Processing Time

  • Pre-orders:
    Production time is stated on the product page (typically 2–3 weeks) before shipping.

  • In-stock items:
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates

  • Belgium: €5.99

  • Europe: €7.99

  • Other regions: Currently not available unless stated otherwise

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as bpost, PostNL, DHL, or similar services, depending on the destination and package type.


Tracking

Some shipments include tracking, while others may be sent via standard untracked mail depending on the item and destination.

Tracking availability is clearly shown at checkout and/or provided by email once the order is shipped.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

TRASHKID is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed parcels

  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to these reasons, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and photo evidence where applicable

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and determine an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
