TRASHKID occasionally offers products for sale on a pre-order basis, often as limited releases.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Production Time

Pre-order items require production before shipping.

• Typical production time is 2–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated

• The estimated production time is clearly displayed on the product page

Production times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing or supply factors.

Shipping

Once production is completed, pre-order items are shipped as soon as possible.

Delays may occur due to:

• Supplier or production delays

• Shipping carrier issues

• Holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Customers will be kept informed of significant delays where applicable.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to reserve a pre-order item.

Your order will only enter production once payment has been successfully received.

Cancellation

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation requests are subject to whether production has already begun.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Pre-order items are non-returnable, except in the following cases:

• The item is defective upon arrival

• The wrong product was delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence where applicable.
